By nature, I am a drawer, then an artist.​

In my work I explore the powerful tension that consumes the Florida landscape. I am particularly interested in landscaping, golf courses, and pools, as they create synthetic reproductions of Florida flora and fauna. Navigating life between rapid development and wildlife provides endless inspiration and drive to do the work that I do. My work is for people here to feel validated in their experiences of living here.

I am naturally a connector. Through my work and teaching, I can bring (draw) people together.
